Return Policy for Papa D’s Bones

At Papa D’s Bones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email us at papadsbones@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item and a description of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (e.g., consumables, edible products like bones or treats)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
